MID-Contracting has been re-organized into four individual units:

1. The MID Management Team (MMT) unit

2. The Business Development (BD) unit

3. The Estimation and Procurement (EM) unit

4. The Resources Supplies and Management Maintenance (RSM) unit
   

• Each unit is an individual profit center with its own management

• Each unit has well defined policies and procedures

• Each unit sets its own goals and plans

• Each unit can solicit work independently in their own fields of work

• Each unit formally contracts with other units within the MID-Contracting family group of companies
