The Leisure Hill Complex located in Dbayeh on the main road, with a panoramic view over looking the capital Beirut City and the Mediterranean Sea. Consisting of two primary facilities, the Water Park and the Hotel Complex with a total built-up area of 108,000 m2.

Water Park Area: Total Area of 17,000 m2, out door area consists of swimming pools and a water theme park, the first of its kind in Lebanon and unique in terms of the advanced technology used. The park comprises of man made wave pool for surfing, kids pool, water falls, rivers, water fountains, fast food restaurants and 435 changing cabanas.

Outdoor works consists of all water gaming area, green area, artificial rocks and landscaping that adds a wonderful scene.

MID Contracting has also carried out the renovation and restoration of all previous works done in order to reach the quality standards originally required, which included an additional construction, redecoration and finishing for all indoor and outdoor works.

Recreation Center:

Parking Lot: Total Area of 35,000 m2, and a total capacity of 750 cars.
Health Club Building: Total Built Up Area for the three-storey Building is 12,000 m2. Incorporating, Gym Halls for various activities, Saunas, Steam Rooms, Jacuzzi and two indoor Swimming Pools.
Night Club : with a Total Built Up Area of 850 m2.
Piano Bar : with a Total Built Up Area of 3000 m2.



Hotel Section

• Hotel Floor consists of 254 Double Bed Rooms, 16 Suites, and 2 Royal Suites.
• Upper Floor (Service Floor – Roof) which houses all equipments for the central conditioning of the whole building.
• Chalet Section : Four (4) Storey Building with Total of (80) Chalets.
• Duplexes Section: (34) Duplex Apartments.
• Tennis Court

Food Court: Consists of a number of restaurants, such as an Italian, Mexican, Sea Food restaurants.
Grand Ball Room: Total Area of 1450 m2 and a total capacity of 600 attendance, columns less with interior finishing consisting of the best mosaic and wood works, granite stones and colored glass copper.

Business Centers
Business Meeting Rooms, as well as a section for shops and cafes with an area of 850 m2.

In addition to major soft and hard landscaping were built, as well as the outdoor car park areas.
