The Project consisted of the completion of concrete works, block works,

plastering, roofing, doors and windows instation, finishing works and electrical & mechanical works for existing structure as well as external works, which include demolishing of buildings and chalets, uprooting and planting of palm trees,

swimming pools, landscaping, walls, stairs, yards, outdoor tiling… etc.

The Site is in the central part of the capital Amman, Shumeisani area, bounded

by the existing hotel and three surrounding streets.

A very fast track project. The works included the construction of an extension

building with a total built up area 30,000 m² to the existing hotel, the demolition

of all facilities situated in the area to be used to conjoin the two buildings

together. The refurbishment and relocation of several parts of the existing hotel.

The Royal Convention Center:
A state of the art banqueting hall that truly tested the capabilities of our

company in terms of the duration and the quality of works, the center met the

very short deadline (112 days) set by the Jordanian Government to host the Arab

League Summit Meetings on time, a challenge that granted our engineers His

Majesty’s King Abdullah II awards.

The center consists of the following:

• Main hall 1100 guest equipped with the state of the art interactive media system, acoustic ceiling ..etc.

• Pre-function area 900 m2.

• Meeting rooms 875 m2.
