MID-Contracting was the first Jordanian contracting company to achieve ISO 9002 certification. This certification is an international recognition of the quality management and engineering standards implemented and followed by MID-Contracting.

Through implementing the quality system, MID-Contracting's operations are not dependent on any individual or group of individuals. There is a systematic procedure for each operation.

It is the policy of MID Contracting to aim for customer satisfaction by providing quality and efficient service in the contracting sector which represents good value for money at the most economical cost.
The policy is implemented through the company's ISO 9002 quality system, which covers all the company's operations and applies to all company personnel.
